The Ultimate Quest

You can press space to skip the intro story.   Right and Left or A and D to move left and right.  Jump with  Space, Up, or W.  Collect the yellow triangle, green triangle, and light blue circle in order to have them transformed into a potion to save your dying sister.  There might be audio problems.  You should be able to press space to skip forward to the actual game.
